Paysite Spotlight (Webcam Edition): HerBicepsCam
Haven't done one of these in a while, but with a revamped look and changes that have been made, maybe it was right to wait after all! I'm going to be talking about HerBicepsCam. A while back, I talked about HerBiceps, and this is the webcam part of the site. I remember when it had a simple yet engaging design for webcam fans to enjoy some of their favorite female muscle webcam stars. Recently they did a complete overhaul of the site and has joined today's world and the way we connect through the internet.
The old site was more tailored to computers and laptops. The new site is now better suited for practically any mobile device such as tablets and smartphones, yet also still usable in computers and laptops. There's a search engine to find your favorite performer with ease, and there are a lot of women to choose from. From long-time favorites such as Lil Dynamite, AtomicBlonde, Tishalicious, MuscleandCurves, Christy, MissLisa, and Goldpower (among others) to newcomers like ShreddedBeauty (personal recommendation, this women is INSANE. A must-see), Muscular Goddess, KinderSuprise, Superwoman, NativeMuscles, and plenty more in between, there's something for everyone.
For each room, there's a free, premium, fantasy, and one-on-one. Free means free, no flexing is guaranteed (they are on webcam to make money, remember?!). If you DO want a flex in Free Room, tip them well, and they will be happy to oblige. Premium is for consumers who pay to see the performer do more than just talk. Nudity usually doesn't happen in Premium, unless the performer is extremely generous. Fantasy is is like premium, but it's more wild, and there is a good chance that nudity can happen there. One-on-one is just you and the performer, arguably the best experience. No one can join you. It's the most expensive of the room, but you will get the best experience. Nudity is not guaranteed (depends on the performer) but you still should have one hell of an experience. Each model has their own rules and pricing, so plan accordingly. On the main screen, you can actually see a person's webcam before entering a room if you hold your cursor over their box. It must say JOIN FREE though or it won't work. That is an advantage to the consumer because maybe a performer is in a very good mood or wearing something that is eye-catching and you decided to check out their room for a bit, and maybe even go premium, fantasy, or one-on-one. Be respectful to the performers, because they can and will kick you out whenever they feel you are being rude. There's no warning either, and if you continue to show behavior like there, expect a permanent ban from HerBicepsCam altogether.
In addition to seeing performers on webcam, HBC also has Videos on Demand that you can rent for a set amount of credits. Some of the videos are filmed by the performers, and there are others filmed by the HerBiceps crew that are way too long and way too good for the main HerBiceps site. To my knowledge, there is no HerBicepsCam/HerBiceps combo deal, but there could be one somewhere down the line. If there is, we will let you know.
Like we mentioned before, the best way to have fun on HerBicepsCam is to have credits and here's how you can buy them:
250 Credits for $25
525 Credits for $50 (5% BONUS)
1100 Credits for $100 (10% BONUS)
2800 Credits for $250 (12% BONUS)
HerBicepsCam is one of the best female muscle webcam sites out there and its revamp and addition of new models will make sure that this site remains a top destination for female muscle fans for a long time to come. Definitely worth your time and money to check them out!
Check them out at http://herbicepscam.com/. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, feel free to contact them at https://www.herbicepscam.com/contact.

Paysite Spotlight: HDPhysiques/Premium Physiques
Two sites filled with amazing content that helped change the female physique paysite game forever Credit: Their respective Twitter handles |
Female muscle is an amazing thing. The best way to truly experience it is to see it for yourself, whether it's at a show, fitness convention, in the gym, or you just happen to see it out in the open. If you can't see it in person, the other alternative way to get the best female muscle experience possible is to see them in all their hi-definition glory. While most sites have went on to film in hi-definition technology, someone had to be the first to do this. That first is HDPhysiques (or HDP for short). Created by Joe Bayer, HDPhysiques is the first FULL-ON hi-definition female muscle paysite. They were the first to showcase the ladies the way they were meant to be shown. Ladies put in the work in the gym, they should be shown in nothing less but the best.
In their own words, "By using the highest quality, state-of-the-art digital technology available, our 3-chip HDV cameras and D-SLR’s in the hands of professional videographers, will capture the physiques like never before. The athletes appreciate having their physiques presented in the most detailed way possible. HDPhysiques pioneered the use of HD video technology in the physique industry, as well as introduced the 1080p standard, dedicated model pages, and other innovations. We will continue to strive to bring the highest quality photos and videos to market, of the hottest and fittest women on earth!"
HDPhysiques has a variety of models such as Ariel Khadr, Carli Teperka, Natalia Coelho, Heather Armbrust, Tayna Hyde, Erica Blockman, Shanique Grant, and plenty more. You can view them all here: http://hdphysiques.com/model-pages/. The HDP brand has expanded over the last couple of years with a Video-on-Demand (VOD) store (where they have teamed with other sites to bring some exclusive content not seen anywhere else) and PremiumPhysiques.com, which is a combination of several HDP stables and those from TanyaFitness, a previous site of HDP. Some of the talent from there include Shannon Courtney, Dani Reardon, Autumn Swansen, Tara Brandt, Danielle Mastromatteo, Heather Armbrust, Hanna Hallman, Katie “024” Lee, Allison Schmohl, Sara Butler, Brooke Walker, Jamie Pinder, and more that will be added in due time.
For all details and prices on the HDPhysiques family, check out the following links. There are several, but honestly...you can't go wrong either way. :)

Paysite Spotlight: HerBiceps
Vanessa Naesheim, one of MANY models featured on HerBiceps. Photo credit: HerBiceps |
HerBiceps is one of the longest running female muscle paysites in the world. Their website might not contain any nudity but the sexiness is definitely present. Sean Nelson and Michael Eckstut are the photographers of the site. The amount of content that is on HerBiceps is downright crazy, and there is more added almost on a weekly basis. In addition to their main website, they have a website camsite called HerBicepsCam (which will be discussed on a later post) as well as their own forum. And yes, members of the site do post on the forum and even asks fans for any requests. One thing I give HerBiceps credit for is they do their best to satisfy any female muscle fan, from the novice to the hardcore. Again, the content is massive, and the amount of women that are/have been part of HerBiceps is huge. In addition to flexing photos and videos, there are lift and carry, armwrestling, grip strength, plank bending, and training videos. Some of those names from the past and present include Jennifer Gates, Melissa Dettwiller, Cydney Gillon, Hailey Delf, Felisha Livezey, Natalia Coelho, Lauren Quinn, Mari Robles, Melissa Pearo, Erica Cordie, Wendy Fortino..trust me, I've not even begun to touch the surface of how many ladies are part of HerBiceps, and there are more on the horizon!
Cost is $13.95 per month recurring. You can also pay $29.95 per quarter (3 months) recurring, $49.95 per half year (6 months) recurring, or $89.95 for One year, and that's a one-time price. As long as you have an active membership, that is the price you will pay. If it ever goes up, you will still be charged for the original price you paid when you joined. There has been talk about a new site called HerBicepsPlus in the works, but I don't know much details about that. As soon as I gather more information, I'll let you all know.
For sneak peeks of HerBiceps content and to keep up with the latest on the site, follow them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/HerBicepsPage/, on Twitter at https://twitter.com/herbiceps, and on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/herbiceps/ as well as Sean Nelson's page (who also does photography outside of HerBiceps) at https://www.instagram.com/SeanNelsonPhoto/. And of course, join the website at http://www.herbiceps.com.

Trish Warren: Women's Physique Powerhouse
All photos belong to the original owners
The women's physique is filled with amazing athletes from female bodybuilders who were too small for bodybuilding to figure and fitness competitors who were too big for their divisions. There have even been bikini competitors who have been able to put on enough muscle to compete in the women's physique division. While we think every women's physique competitor is awesome, there is one woman who we feel once she gets that Olympia qualification, she is going to give Juliana Malacarne run for her money in the women's physique division, and that woman is Trish Warren.
Wife of elite bodybuilder Branch Warren, Trish started her career as a figure competitor. She translated into the fitness division, where she has had most of her success thus far in the IFBB. She is no stranger to the big time as she has competed in multiple Fitness International and Fitness Olympias. She even stepped back on stage after having a baby, which is an amazing feat in itself. After the 2015 Arnold, she didn't compete for a while. Then around this time last year (May 2016), she began to show her physique off...like a women's physique competitor. Of course most thought it was cool that Trish would post flexing pictures on her social media (something she didn't really do, despite having the muscles for it). It then became very clear that Trish was indeed switching divisions, heading to women's physique from fitness.
Her social media, especially her Instagram, became stuff of legend as she was showing her lifting crazy amounts of weight, amounts that even shook the most hardcore of Trish Warren fans and what would put some MEN to shame. Her insane training paid off as she transformed her fit and toned fitness body into a powerful, shapely (yet still feminine) women's physique look and placed 3rd in her first women's physique contest (the Arizona Pro). Since then she has only gotten bigger and stronger with hopes of bring an even better package for her next show. If you look at her Instagram, one could argue that she just might be pound-for-pound one of the strongest women in not only the women's physique division, but the entire IFBB. She just doesn't look powerful, her workouts are proof positive of that!
Branch is one of the most hardcore bodybuilders on the planet, but the way his wife has been putting in the work for the last year or so, it's safe to say that the entire Warren family is one BEAST of a family, and Trish's ascension to the top of the women's physique division is at hand. If anyone can challenge Queen Juliana for the throne, we believe Trish just might be the one to eventually shake the women's physique division to its core.

Quite possibly pound-for-pound THE most powerful woman in women's physique! |

Tina Nguyen: Comic-Book Body in the Real World
(All photos belong to the original owners)
Every single woman in the physique industry puts in the time and effort to develop out-of-this-world bodies. No one has a GOOD body in the physique world. They are either very good, great, amazing, elite...and then they are those who are beyond adjectives and are in the world of their own. Tina Nguyen is one of those women that comes to mind. With an Instagram following of nearly 700,000 and a Facebook following of over 50,000, Tina is one of social media's most popular non-celebrity personalities. There are many people that say that with her comic-book like proportions and stunning beauty, the Figure Olympia title is inevitable. But it wasn't always the case for Miss Nguyen.
Believe it or not, Tina wasn't always the living comic-book woman she is today. There was a time where she was a party girl and had a pretty slim body. Not bad, but nothing to write home about, and something that most would probably see at a club 11 out of 10 times. But somewhere along the line, she decided to give weight training a try, and thank God she did! Her body went from okay to va-va-DAMN real quick, and the followers came quick, fast, and in a hurry. She also started to compete in the NPC Figure division in 2013, and it didn't take her long at all to get that IFBB pro card, which she did by winning the Figure C class in the NPC Nationals the following year. She has since competed in the Europa Dallas the past two years (2015 and 2016), placing in the top five at both. Some said she should have won both shows, and after seeing who was in front of her, we can't blame them one bit for feeling that way. But placing in the top five in your first two pro shows is nothing to sneeze at, though!
Tina Nguyen as Kitana...FLAWLESS VICTORY! |
While she has dressed up as Mortal Kombat character Kitana during Halloween (and killed it, BTW), one would be hard-pressed not to see her as Chun-Li. Famous for her legs, Tina could easily be the part if Hollywood were to ever do a legit live-action version of Street Fighter. But regardless of if Hollywood ever gives her the call or not, we believe that the sky's the limit for Tina when it comes to the physique world. She has already done quite a few photoshoots since being part of the physique world, and we only expect more photoshoot opportunities and contests for her in the very near future. The scary thing about Tina is that despite looking insane already...she gets better and better each photoshoot and contest, which is bad news for her competitors. Tina Nguyen on the Olympia stage at this point is a matter of WHEN will it happen, not IF.

Juliana Malacarne: The Perfect Women's Physique Competitor?!
Technically, nobody is perfect, and no BODY is perfect, but there is that once-in-a-lifetime athlete that somehow outdoes their previous looks and accomplishments, which to many are viewed as perfection from the get-go. In an industry filled with insane physiques, there may not be a more awe-inspiring, dominating, and aesthetic physique in the women's physique division and in the entire female muscle world than that of one Juliana Malacarne.
Juliana was born in São Paulo in Brazil, but now resided in New York. She is of Brazilian and Italian descent. Like most competitors, her inspiration came from seeing Monica Brant (who is a bonafied legend in her own right) and begin participating in various shows, winning the 2005 IFBB Amateur BodyFitness Championships in her hometown in the process where she won her IFBB pro card.
She moved to the United States in 2007 and competed in the figure division. Her physique was jaw-dropping to say the least and won over many fans not only in America but around the world, as she was in high demand. Unfortunately her amazing physique was deemed too much for figure standards at the time, despite competing at the Figure International twice and being a overwhelming fan-favorite.
Her days of competition looked to be done as it seemed she would never achieved greatness. That is...until women's physique came along. Almost immediately, fans pointed to Juliana as THE face of the division despite not competing in it yet. She had the physique to be one of the top stars if not THE top star of the division. She would win the New York Pro Women's Physique Championships three times (2012-2014) and competed in the first-ever Women's Physique Olympia Showdown in 2013. She wowed the audience with an insane physique and beautiful routine, but she placed 7th, which many felt was unjustified, and we don't blame them. She would participated in the 2014 Olympia Women's Physique Showdown and end up defeating the defending champion Dana Linn Bailey by a small margin, and she has been unstoppable ever since, which also includes winning the inaugural Women's Physique International title in 2015.
To this day, no one has been able to put together the formula to defeat Juliana, and it wouldn't surprise us one bit if she were to retire from women's physique at the top. When it comes to the women's physique division, Juliana is the undisputed standard that greatness is judged by. If you want to call yourself the best, you have to beat Juliana, which is easier said than done. And while nothing is impossible, one better hope that Juliana competed on an off day, otherwise...you're fighting for 2nd place. And that's not an insult to any competitor, that's a testament to just how amazing Juliana is. At this point, the only reason she will lose another show is because SHE wants to. Simple as that.

Paysite Spotlight: Awefilms
Awefilms is a female muscle paysite created by Steve Scibelli, and is one of the longest running sites out there today. His style of videography varies from the typical flexing in bikinis to workouts to partial/full nudity. This is definitely one of the more mature female muscle paysites on the market today, so this would definitely be registered as a NSFW site. There is a great variety of women on there, so there's something for everyone. Some of the various types of flexing include armwrestling, ab punching, muscle control, girl-on-girl action, breast smothering, ball busting, lift and carry, up skirts, and more. Over 50 ladies are part of Awefilms, including Tishalicious, Victoria Flores, Heather Armbrust, Melissa Dettwiller, Yvette Bova, Selma Labat, Rebekka Armstrong, and more!
Cost to join is $29.95 a month, and you can cancel it anytime. But if you know you will love Awefilms, you can go on an purchase 3-month or 1 year subscriptions and save some money. For the 3-month deal, it's $74.85 for 3 months recurring at $29.95/month. Save when you join Awefilms for 3 months. After that, it's 24.95 a month, which is a savings of $5 a month. Again, you can cancel at anytime. But for those that have the financial stability, your best deal would be the 1-year subscription deal with is $160 a year. That's $12.95 a month, which is a savings of $17 a month, which is $204 a year. Paying it monthly would cost you $359.40 a year, so getting the one-year subscription is your best bet.
Awefilms has been around for 16 years, providing fans with the some of the best female muscle entertainment around, with no plans on slowing down anytime soon. For more info on the site, go to http://www.awefilms.com and like them on Twitter at https://twitter.com/awefilms and Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/awefilms.
