VIDEO REVIEW: Viking Strength: Modesta Halby

I reviewed a clip of Modesta Hemmingsen (formerly Halby) before on this site a year ago (click here to view my review on it) and loved the clip. But the latest one HerBiceps put out just might be her best one yet. Maybe THE definitive Modesta clip. If there is only one video of Modesta you get in your lifetime, this one is it. I own plenty of Modesta videos over the years and all of them are very good, but her latest one via HerBiceps tops them all, IMHO.

The video shows Modesta (billed at 5'5 and 169lbs, a lot of muscle for her size...and we love that!) joined by her friend of fellow IFBB pro Jess Belt (billed at 5'9 and 169lbs, taller than Modesta but smaller in muscle size) preparing for an arm wrestling contest (spoiler alert...it's barely a fight) and goes into a quick montage of what to prepare for in the full video. Personally...I was not prepared for what was to come. 

After the montage, Modesta in an red and white stripe tank top, Daisy Dukes, and cowboy boots, hulked out like only she could, flexing as hard as she could, popping her pecs with everything she had. Her chest was definitely the star of the show and she made damn sure of it, flexing and popping them every chance she got. After giving her pecs the love they deserved, she did some bicep flexing (even though her pecs wanted to get in on the action as well). We then alternate into biceps and pecs for a bit. She didn't flex her legs, but there were definitely on display to watch. We then go into some bicep measurements for Modesta and Jess before the arm wrestling contest, which was completely one-sided from the word GO. I won't post the winner, but you can probably guess who it is. After the contest, it's back to the flexing her pecs and biceps to finish off her best clip yet. She did not let up nor phone it in on the flexing. She flexed HARD and it showed. And she was in contest shape, so we got to see her physique at peak perfection.

She took this year off from competing to add more muscle to her frame in hopes of returning to the stage in 2027. For me personally, this clip from her is gonna be hard to top but if anyone can outdo their own work, she can. I look forward to her return to the stage next year and HOPEFULLY more from her on HerBiceps and other sites!

VIDEO REVIEW: Non-Stop Pecs: Alicia Bell

For years, I've wondered if Alicia Bell could pec bounce. She has shown in various videos on HerBiceps that she had the ability to do it but never really actually did it to her full potential. All it took was one video to answer the question "Can she or can't she?" and she made it clear in the first seconds that she DEFINITELY CAN...and she's pretty damn good at it to boot! 

The video stars off with Alicia in a black bikini flexing her pecs in front of a mirror, admiring her own flexing abilities. The video goes back and forth between Alicia and her reflection, popping each pec with as much force as she can. Her flexing does variate from doing them both at the same time to doing them one at a time, in addition to different arm placements to make the visuals that much mora appealing. You can tell she is getting in quite the workout flexing them! You can tell she gets tired a bit for flexing them so hard and so much, but Every flex shows off her power but later on in the video, you can see her going a bit faster after warming her pecs up. She also throws in a bicep flex for good measure, with some more pec flexing to boot.

The final two minutes of the clip sees Alicia sitting on a mini-stool feeling herself and finishing her pec bouncing masterpiece. Almost eight minutes total of pec bouncing heaven, IMHO. The clip is titled Non-Stop Pecs and it definitely delivers. If this is the only time Alicia ever does pec bouncing, this was one hell of a video to do it in. A must-have VOD for any pec bouncing fan.

VIDEO REVIEW: Shake Dem THANGS! Loren Calderoni

It's one thing to build a body that most would think comes out of a lab. It's another thing to actually flex it in a way that makes you go HOLY SHIT! Loren's Shake Dem THANGS video is just that...a video you have to see it to believe it and after you complete it (which will take time to...I won't elaborate any further than that) you still won't believe what the fck you watch. BTW, this is not a diss to her or the video, quite the opposite actually. Legit one of the craziest flexing videos you will ever see!

For those that follow the figure division, Loren ballooned in size from 2024 to 2025 and HerBiceps made sure to capture her in insane shape for this insane video. The video starts off with Loren in full body for a few seconds and gives a smirk that says "You have no idea what you have signed up for"...and boy was she right! She flexed her abs for a bit and then the leg flexing began and GOOD LORD...if you don't become a leg man after this video, there is something seriously wrong with you. A very good deal of abs control and SO MUCH QUAD AND GLUTE CONTROL. Quad bouncing, quad shaking, glute bouncing, glute clenching...every form of lower body muscle control you can think of and what you didn't realized even existed...it's there. And to top it all off, she is in contest shape to boot, which makes the visual all the more incredible. 

$8.80 is a steal for one of the craziest lower body centered clips you will ever see. The video is almost nine minutes, but I guarantee that you will have to pause it to give yourself a break. You're a good one if you can survive the full time without...you know. If you are a fan of intense lower body muscle and you DON'T get this clip, you're not a fan of intense lower body muscle. If you are not a fan of intense lower body muscle, I would highly suggest you give this one a clip. You will never look at lower body muscle the same again.
