Mistie Lopez: The Muscle Barbie You NEED To Know

There are women that come out of nowhere that capture the attention of folks. One such woman that has taken social media (more specifically Instagram) by storm is Mistie Lopez. Mistie has been in the game for a while on the competition side of things since 2019, winning the NPC Steve Kuclo Classic Overall Figure title and would go on to win her pro card last year at the NPC Nationals, winning her class (Class G) in figure. She has spent 2023 putting on some serious size in hopes of doing well in the pro rankings whenever she decides to make her debut.

Despite her competing since 2019, she has not had a social media presence…until about 5 or so months ago when she joined Instagram. When I followed her, she had a little over 1,000 followers. As of this writing, she now has over 8,000 followers and will probably reach 10,000 by years end. Her popularity has skyrocketed out of nowhere thanks to her amazing size and power, love for flexing, insane strength, and commanding overall beauty. The way she loves to flex, we feel it’s only a matter of time before she joins a paysite and gets some money for her flexing. She’s got the look that can make her and female muscle paysites a lot of money.

We don’t know what the future holds for Mistie Lopez, but if her social media rise is any indication, her future is a bright one and it’s only going to get brighter. If you are into tall blonde women with massive muscles and a serious love for flexing, Mistie is the girl for you.

Christine Pomponio: Muscles and Curves

Ultimate Hardbods loves to feature some of the hottest women in the bodybuilding industry from the past, present, and future. We definitely love to showcase those that for some reason may have not been given the props they deserved back in the day. We want to talk about a woman that had during her competition days some of the best combination of muscle and curves (better known as murves) we've ever seen on a competitor: one of the first ladies of the figure division, Christine Pomponio.

She may be only five foot one but you wouldn't know it at first glance as her physique more than held her own with competitors taller than her, bringing in a full, defined physique with strong legs developed by her socccer days and some insane defined delts that wouldn't look out of place with today's figure division. BUT...let's be honest...along with her great physique, she had one hell of a massive chest on her. But they didn't just stay still...they tended to flex on stage, giving her quite the illusion. Now whether she meant to do it or her chest was that strong that it just happened...we don't know, and frankly...it doesn't matter. It's amazing to look at regardless. Check out some photos below to see what we're talking about. There are a FEW competitors that can do that now, but none like Christine did back in the day. 

The biggest regret we have during her time as a competitor is that she didn't do shoots with paysites. In our honest opinion, she would have brought in the dough big time with her look and her following would have grown tremendously. But it's great that her look was favorable as a competitor, as she competed in multiple contests including the Arnold and Olympia, placing in the top 6 in most of her shows as a pro, including winning the 2005 and 2006 California Pro. Her career came to an abrupt halt in 2007 as she became a mother for the first time in her life and a few years later would give birth to twins. After her first child, she did a couple of shoots with Marc Thyssen and got in such great shape both times, one would have thought she was ready to compete again! She also did a couple of shoots after the birth of her twins, and again...was able to rebound with a great look. Her recent commercial for Granite Depot will make you do a double take...like does she EVER age?! The correct answer is ABSOUUTELY NOT! 

In our honest opinion, she is the measuring stick for short figure competitors who want to succeed but feel they won't due to their height. And with all these returns that have been happening in the bodybuilding world, one can wonder...what if Christine decides to grace us again on stage or with more photoshoots, maybe in the paysite department. What if she ever does a Onlyfans and REALLY gives us a great look at one of the hottest women in figure history?! Like with all things...never say never!

You can pay $14.95 a month, but if you plan on being on the site for a while (and honestly, you probably will), it's cheaper to go the six-month route or yearly route. You can pay $69.99 for six months (which is a savings of $19.71 on the monthly plan) or you can pay $99.99 for an entire year (which is a savings of $79.41 on the monthly plan) Being a Plus member definitely has its advantages of more than just checking out more videos. As a Plus member, not only do you get exclusive photos and videos, you get the highest definition video (1080p), the option to download content for offline viewing, 20% discount on all VODs, and the ability to leave comments and ratings. The models are a great selection, from old HerBiceps favorites such as Jennifer Cowan, Jodi Miller, and Mindi O'Brien to new talent such as Alicia Bell, Natalia Coelho, and Ashley Soto, as well as some of their webcam stars such as NoahTrapQueen, Rach White, and Kristina Moser.

If you are looking for a paysite that focuses on mostly international flavor, look no further than FemaleCityFlex. It doesn't have as many models on there as sites like HerBiceps, KrivsStudios, MuscleTease, and MuscleAngels (YET), but what it lacks in quantity more than makes up for quality. Models come Canada, Germany, Brazil, Croatia, the Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, and more, with a least a couple out of the United States. Some of the models include Cris Goy, Monica Martin, Flory, Susanna Tirpik, Alana Shipp, Robin Dees, Modesta Halby, and more, with more models being added monthly it seems.

You will easily get your money's worth with their video format. They don't do photo galleries just video, so they can keep their prices pretty reasonable. It's $17.95 for 30 days and $17.95 a month after those 30 days. Clips range from 3 to 6 minutes, in WMV format, and they are in full HD, so you can see the women the way they were meant to be seen. The members area is updated at least three times a week, so even if you are part of the group for a month, you will get plenty of new content regardless of how long you are a member of FemaleCityFlex. While it's not as popular as the others right now, don't sleep on this site. It is definitely worth your time and money to check it out.

Female Muscle Webcamming

Physique competitions are the ultimate way of showcasing weeks worth of training into a physique that is out-of-this-world. But let's be honest...competing is EXPENSIVE. And very few competitors make a living by pure competition, and by very few...we mean VERY FEW. They make most of their money in the business by getting modeling jobs, either via magazines or paysites, as well as sponsorships with clothing and supplement companies.

What we've been noticing however, is that more and more competitors these days are going into the webcamming industry. A lot go to webcamming because they can (for the most part) set their own hours and boundaries on when they flex, where they flex, and HOW they flex. Some do the basic, typical flexing (biceps, triceps, quads, abs) while others go a bit further and do some muscle control (pec bouncing, bicep bouncing, glute bouncing, ab rolls, quad shaking/bouncing, etc....we'll talk more about THAT type of flexing in a future post). Some competitors like to do a bit of role-playing (acting as nurses, teachers, schoolgirls, etc) to make them stand out about others. And obviously, there is those that will go all the way (nudity, hardcore, pornograpy, etc.)

A lot of these webcammers have nicknames to keep their identities unknown to the public in the event they have lives outside of webcamming, and some of them do. They MIGHT post their contact info if they want to do private or one-on-one sessions, but rarely will they ever post their full names, which in all fairness it's really no one's business to know what it is or ask for it. It's done for a reason. Anyone that does such a thing needs to be reported in our honest opinion as it's a private matter than can result in serious consequences down the road. If you know who they are, keep it to yourselves. Don't expose it for the world to see unless they have no issue with it. Also, if you are in a free room, don't ask for a flex unless you are willing to tip. They can't stand beggers or freeloaders, and I don't blame them one bit. Again, they are doing webcam to make MONEY. Remember that. Now, if you are acting within the rules and they are being jerks themselves, contact the main people running the webcam ASAP and they will fix the issue. The webcam runners gotta make money as well, and unruly models do not equal money...for anyone. If any woman who wants to webcam has a bad attitude, it's best not to do webcam.

Paysite Spotlight (Webcam Edition): HerBicepsCam

Haven't done one of these in a while, but with a revamped look and changes that have been made, maybe it was right to wait after all! I'm going to be talking about HerBicepsCam. A while back, I talked about HerBiceps, and this is the webcam part of the site. I remember when it had a simple yet engaging design for webcam fans to enjoy some of their favorite female muscle webcam stars. Recently they did a complete overhaul of the site and has joined today's world and the way we connect through the internet.

The old site was more tailored to computers and laptops. The new site is now better suited for practically any mobile device such as tablets and smartphones, yet also still usable in computers and laptops. There's a search engine to find your favorite performer with ease, and there are a lot of women to choose from. From long-time favorites such as Lil Dynamite, AtomicBlonde, Tishalicious, MuscleandCurves, Christy, MissLisa, and Goldpower (among others) to newcomers like ShreddedBeauty (personal recommendation, this women is INSANE. A must-see), Muscular Goddess, KinderSuprise, Superwoman, NativeMuscles, and plenty more in between, there's something for everyone.

For each room, there's a free, premium, fantasy, and one-on-one. Free means free, no flexing is guaranteed (they are on webcam to make money, remember?!). If you DO want a flex in Free Room, tip them well, and they will be happy to oblige. Premium is for consumers who pay to see the performer do more than just talk. Nudity usually doesn't happen in Premium, unless the performer is extremely generous. Fantasy is is like premium, but it's more wild, and there is a good chance that nudity can happen there. One-on-one is just you and the performer, arguably the best experience. No one can join you. It's the most expensive of the room, but you will get the best experience. Nudity is not guaranteed (depends on the performer) but you still should have one hell of an experience. Each model has their own rules and pricing, so plan accordingly. On the main screen, you can actually see a person's webcam before entering a room if you hold your cursor over their box. It must say JOIN FREE though or it won't work. That is an advantage to the consumer because maybe a performer is in a very good mood or wearing something that is eye-catching and you decided to check out their room for a bit, and maybe even go premium, fantasy, or one-on-one. Be respectful to the performers, because they can and will kick you out whenever they feel you are being rude. There's no warning either, and if you continue to show behavior like there, expect a permanent ban from HerBicepsCam altogether.

In addition to seeing performers on webcam, HBC also has Videos on Demand that you can rent for a set amount of credits. Some of the videos are filmed by the performers, and there are others filmed by the HerBiceps crew that are way too long and way too good for the main HerBiceps site. To my knowledge, there is no HerBicepsCam/HerBiceps combo deal, but there could be one somewhere down the line. If there is, we will let you know.

HerBiceps is one of the longest running female muscle paysites in the world. Their website might not contain any nudity but the sexiness is definitely present. Sean Nelson and Michael Eckstut are the photographers of the site. The amount of content that is on HerBiceps is downright crazy, and there is more added almost on a weekly basis. In addition to their main website, they have a website camsite called HerBicepsCam (which will be discussed on a later post) as well as their own forum. And yes, members of the site do post on the forum and even asks fans for any requests. One thing I give HerBiceps credit for is they do their best to satisfy any female muscle fan, from the novice to the hardcore. Again, the content is massive, and the amount of women that are/have been part of HerBiceps is huge. In addition to flexing photos and videos, there are lift and carry, armwrestling, grip strength, plank bending, and training videos. Some of those names from the past and present include Jennifer Gates, Melissa Dettwiller, Cydney Gillon, Hailey Delf, Felisha Livezey, Natalia Coelho, Lauren Quinn, Mari Robles, Melissa Pearo, Erica Cordie, Wendy Fortino..trust me, I've not even begun to touch the surface of how many ladies are part of HerBiceps, and there are more on the horizon!

Cost is $13.95 per month recurring. You can also pay $29.95 per quarter (3 months) recurring, $49.95 per half year (6 months) recurring, or $89.95 for One year, and that's a one-time price. As long as you have an active membership, that is the price you will pay. If it ever goes up, you will still be charged for the original price you paid when you joined. Tina Nguyen: Comic-Book Body in the Real World

Every single woman in the physique industry puts in the time and effort to develop out-of-this-world bodies. No one has a GOOD body in the physique world. They are either very good, great, amazing, elite...and then they are those who are beyond adjectives and are in the world of their own. Tina Nguyen is one of those women that comes to mind. With an Instagram following of nearly 700,000 and a Facebook following of over 50,000, Tina is one of social media's most popular non-celebrity personalities. There are many people that say that with her comic-book like proportions and stunning beauty, the Figure Olympia title is inevitable. But it wasn't always the case for Miss Nguyen.

Believe it or not, Tina wasn't always the living comic-book woman she is today. There was a time where she was a party girl and had a pretty slim body. Not bad, but nothing to write home about, and something that most would probably see at a club 11 out of 10 times. But somewhere along the line, she decided to give weight training a try, and thank God she did! Her body went from okay to va-va-DAMN real quick, and the followers came quick, fast, and in a hurry. She also started to compete in the NPC Figure division in 2013, and it didn't take her long at all to get that IFBB pro card, which she did by winning the Figure C class in the NPC Nationals the following year. She has since competed in the Europa Dallas the past two years (2015 and 2016), placing in the top five at both. Some said she should have won both shows, and after seeing who was in front of her, we can't blame them one bit for feeling that way. But placing in the top five in your first two pro shows is nothing to sneeze at, though!

While she has dressed up as Mortal Kombat character Kitana during Halloween (and killed it, BTW), one would be hard-pressed not to see her as Chun-Li. Famous for her legs, Tina could easily be the part if Hollywood were to ever do a legit live-action version of Street Fighter. But regardless of if Hollywood ever gives her the call or not, we believe that the sky's the limit for Tina when it comes to the physique world. She has already done quite a few photoshoots since being part of the physique world, and we only expect more photoshoot opportunities and contests for her in the very near future. The scary thing about Tina is that despite looking insane already...she gets better and better each photoshoot and contest, which is bad news for her competitors. Tina Nguyen on the Olympia stage at this point is a matter of WHEN will it happen, not IF.
